Make Path Point: turning an intermediate point into a basic path point

Intermediate path points are located at the centreline of each transverse division, ie element length, in the interval between basic path points. If you need more control over the shape of a stretch of belt you need to create a new base path point in order to provide that control, and doing so on an existing intermediate point has the advantage that it will already be on a "correct" spline position.
