Editing and Moving Dummies Outside PRIMER

As a general rule it is recommended that Dummies (and mechanisms) are only edited and oriented inside PRIMER . It "knows about" their internal storage and will update obscure things such as point coordinates that might otherwise get left behind.

However it is recognised that model assembly, and in particular manipulation of components such as dummies and seats, may take place outside PRIMER and if this happens the guidelines in Editing and Moving Mechanisms (and Dummies) outside PRIMER should be observed.
