The Checkpoint File Panel
The Checkpoint File panel
A "Checkpoint" file saves all commands and mouse actions
during a D3PLOT session. It is deleted when the code terminates
normally, but is left on disk if a crash, system failure or some
other abnormal termination occurs.
If you see the checkpoint file panel when the code starts this means that a previous D3PLOT run has crashed, and recovery is possible.
