SPOTWELD components

No spotweld data components are written to the D3PLOT (PTF) file.

D3PLOT uses data written to the ZTF file (generated by Oasys PRIMER) to draw spotwelds. D3PLOT can also extract spotweld data components from the LSDA (binout) file if present.
