D3PLOT 22.1
Selecting a Checkpoint File
Selecting a checkpoint file
When D3PLOT is restarted after a crash, it automatically detects any checkpoint
files in the current directory (or, if this is read-only, in $HOME or
$TMP). These are displayed at startup in the special
panel:
All checkpoint files found are listed in date/time order, with the most
recent file at the top of the list. To use a checkpoint file:
- Select the file to run by clicking on its row.
- Optionally delete some or all files using the option.
- Optionally reduce the " " to a smaller value, perhaps to omit the last command(s) which caused a crash.
- Click on to run the file.
In this example the user has selected the oldest file and is about to delete the remainder using the option.
If you want to ignore all checkpoint files and run interactively just this panel.
