SEATBELT components

No seatbelt data components are written to the D3PLOT (PTF) file.

D3PLOT uses data written to the ZTF file (generated by Oasys PRIMER) to draw seatbelt elements and for geometric data components. D3PLOT can also extract additional seatbelt data components from the LSDA (binout) file if present.
