Overlay Transparency

From D3PLOT 15.0 onwards, the overlay is by default drawn using transparency if the underlying entity has also been drawn using transparency.

This option can be used to turn off the transparency applied to the overlay so that D3PLOT reverts to it's pre-D3PLOT 15.0 behaviour.
