BEAM_SYMBOLS... menu: Setting the drawing style for beams

By default beams are drawn as lines
You can choose to use "thick" lines
If a ZTF file had been read then beams can also be drawn using their true section
"Thick" and spotweld beam symbol sizes may be set individually.
